Energy Performance Certificate
An EPC, or Domestic Energy Certificate, is a document that provides information about the energy efficiency of a property. It rates the property on a scale from A to G, with A being the most energy-efficient and G being the least.
The certificate also includes recommendations for improving the property's energy efficiency.
EPCs are required by law for all properties that are bought, sold or rented.
They are an important tool for reducing carbon emissions and saving money on energy bills. I believe that EPCs are a fantastic initiative and will play a key role in creating a more sustainable future.
