We complete the EPC survey on site using our Accreditations Software.

The relevant information is entered into the iPad software along with photos to produce site notes.

The reason for photos and site notes it we have regular Audits through the year to make sure all assessors are compliant and producing accurate reports and certificates.

Once this is done the software calculates the rating and we lodge the EPC on site to the Governments site ready to be viewed by an interested parties.

For standard homes (up to 4 bedrooms) we offer a fixed fee of £50.00 and includes lodgement fee. 

Anything above 5 bedrooms or approximately 150sqm (for example 75sqm downstairs & 75swm upstairs or if 150sqm based on a single story bungalow) we can quote separately
