Canaan Trust — EPC and Legionella Support

Canaan Trust is a community-focused organization that we partnered with to enhance the safety and efficiency of their buildings.

We conducted Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for their properties and delivered detailed Legionella risk assessments and reports. The EPC work identified practical energy-saving opportunities and prioritized measures, while the Legionella reports assessed water systems, highlighted potential risks, and outlined clear remedial actions and monitoring plans.

We provided these essential services at a discounted rate and continue to offer free ongoing help and advice to support Canaan Trust in implementing energy-saving measures and reducing the risk of Legionella.
